When Goku landed, he took a leap back, just incase Margo decided to try and kill him. But his grip on the Nyoibo loosened some what, as he heard Margo's last few words. The feeling before the fight hit him again. It wasn't fair that there was no other way. But he was beginning to see that nothing was ever really fair. Goku gave a sad bow of respect to the fallen demon, Margo, before he followed Mash to the entrance of the next corridor; maybe a but slower than he usually would have.
GOKU: "C'mon, hurry up, Red-sama!!"
The boy's voice was not as cheerful and energetic as it had been. But knowing Goku, it would pass eventually, and he'd be that happy care-free kid in no time. Though, at that moment, he was just a lost and confused little kid in a world that just seemed a little too big. He waited for Red to catch up, before sticking to him like glue. Where else would the kid look for reassurance, if not his best friend? He needed Red at the moment. After several long moments, Goku spoke up, not even really looking at Red, more of looking at the walls and ground.
GOKU: "Red-sama, what do you think the sword looks like?"
The boy tried to keep his mind off the unfortunate event that had occurred earlier, but he didn't sound very interested in the least. He sounded like his was still focused on that event; as all of it replayed in his mind. Even so he looked up at Red, awaiting a reponse, as if to force him answer.

As the warriors walk into the next corridor, before them lies an alter, and within it, a rusted short sword.
RED: "...don't tell me that's it..."
Beside the altar was an unusual ivory pedestal with a musical note engraved on it. The short sword casts an eerie shadow on the floor before it.
RED: "How can that rusted piece of junk save anything? It couldn't even save itself!"
Mash walks over to the short sword and tries to remove it.
MASH: "EEEERGH!.... .......dammit. It's stuck fast. Not much chance of pulling it out...."
RED: "Th-this can't be..."
Red drops to his knees in anguish.
RED: "Could we have truly wasted a trip for that?! ....w-we can't even pull it out... so how're we gonna use it to stop Jared?"
MASH: "....hm."

Goku's question was answered upon looking at the old, rusted sword. He was surprised to say the least, he'd pictured to Crissaegrim to be a mighty blade; good looking atleast. But the sword had been sitting there for who knows how long.... Goku wandered over to it, looking around for a long bit, before tugging at the sword some himself. He sits back onto the floor with a thud.
GOKU: "I don't think we're ever gonna get it out. Even if we did manage to pull it from this rock, it'll probably break when we use i-...."
The boy was cut off, as he was staring directly at the musical note on the pedestal. His face lit up immediatly, as he jumped to his feet.
GOKU: "Red-sama, Red-sama!!"
The boy rushed over to DeLuce, and instantly began rummaging through his bag. He mumbled to himself as he did, digging up most of the stuff out of the bag, making a big mess on the floor. Before finally producing the old music box, and stuffing it into Red's chest.
GOKU: "Go on, play it!"

Red attempts to turn the crank once more. And nothing. RED: "...dammit! It won't turn!" Mash snatches the box from Red, and tries it himself. MASH: "EEEEEEERRRRGH!!!! ...th' hell?!" Red takes it back from Mash, and examines it all over." RED: "...no buttons... Nothing." MASH: "...hm..Hm? Hey.. place it on the pedestal and see what happens." Red places the music box on the pedestal, and suddenly, a clicking sound is heard inside the box, followed by the turning of gears. The music box begins to emit a beautiful, yet sad tune. (CLick on the box to hear its tune...) The rusted short sword in the altar slowly slides deeper into the altar, and another click is heard. The altar moves back wards, and a second altar rises with a very keen looking blade. Crissaegrim. Red walks over to the new altar, and rests his grip upon its hallowed hilt, and pulls lightly. It moves. He pulls harder, and the blessed blade is drawn. He holds the blade high and a beam of purity sprouts from the tip of its evil-cleansing edge. has been found!

Goku found the music that emitted from the box to be quite soothing. But what occurred next, he would never forget.... as the old rusted sword stepped back, and gave room for the true blade to come forth. He watched silently, as Red drew the legendary blade. What was there to say? Goku didn't speak, but merely watched the blade gleam; drawn for the first time.

Lifetimes had passed since this blade was last handled. The weight of it was light, making it easy to maneuver. Red touched the blade carefully, and tested its marvelous edge. The temper on this sword made it impossible for it to dull, even after the eons it spent in solitude. Red was speachless himself as he admired the unearthly craftsmanship of the Legendary weapon, spoken of in children's tales. This fabled sword had seen more battles and existed longer than anything else on Gaeasei. Not only was it a sword, but a relic. A relic of an age that existed, but will exist no more. The battle between good and evil immortalized in steel, blessed by the gods, and weilded by the most high to cleave apart the living and the dead.
Red wraps the sword tightly, and passes it to Goku, along with the musicbox. With Crusher and the mirrior shield in tow, Red turns and begins to leave. Mash and Goku follow closely, both mesmerized by the new-found weapon of Gaeasei's past. As they exit, Mash lifts Sarada's unconscious body and carries her out with them. As they exit the tomb, Red inhales the fresh air deeply, and begins the long walk back.
The three head off as the sun rises in the distance, headed home at last to Ryoko. Jared's end seemed inevitable at this point. This blade wouldn't fail them, not even if Jared DID have the Tolgrim by his side. Hours later, the sun reaches its zenith, shining down from above, and beyond in the horizon is the bustling activity of home. Home. A word Red felt he'd not hear again. As he passes the gates he reflects on their quest. Everything comes flashing back like a wave. The Higher Dragon...His arguements with Mash.... Margo... and finally retreiving that holy blade. It all seemed trivial now. They were home.
~The End~
