Name: Sull d'Har Chiom
Age: 25 (would be about 15 to 16 for a human. Chiom is still a youth.)
Race: Half-elf
Class: Mage (Wind master)
Allignment: Neutral, might act good from time to time.
Elements: Wind
Appearance: Sull looks like an anorexic, as despite him being 5"11' tall, he only weighs around 75 lbs. His slender, almost always moving body reminds seems to be extremely fragile, and his skin looks as if made of very fragile china, his face finely lined.
His eyes are entirely gray, void of any expression at all. His face, however, implies an all-consuming sorrow. He is clothed in pants and shirt, both made of a very light, gray silk.
Equipment:
Clothes.
History: His human father having died in a war, even before his birth, his mother fell ill, remaining so for several years. On Chiom's fifth birthday, his mother died. He got raised by the elven village he lived in, without anyone really taking any serious interest in him. Most of his childhood, he spent as far away from everyone else as he could, trying to find some sort of pleasure in the wind magick he was gifted with. At the age of 18 (~12 years of human age), he had already surpassed most of the village's inhabitants, and was thrown out. They hadn't liked the half-human anyway, and he was unnatural... both in his nature, as in his gifts. His permanent melancholy had also been very annoying to them.
From then on, Chiom lived on his own, generally living off what he found in the woods, or stealing in citys. From time to time, he took a job he was suited for.
Chiom has no goals or wishes whatsoever. He also has no idea what he should do with his skills...
Skills:
Wind Master - the weather in a 100 yard radius around Sull d'Har changes acording to his wish. Usually it rains around him, as the weather often reacts to his mood. Due to this effect, wind magick can not hurt him, and all his wind spells gain incredible power.
Wind Shape - Whenever he wants to, Chiom can vanish and move through the air. He is not merely invisible, he is actually air, and therefore immune to physical attacks, as well as mind-controlling effects. He can move incredibly fast in this shape.
Wind Fist - when in wind shape, he can move through an enemy, and attack with a blast of air.
Whispering wind - he can listen to whoever we wants to, and can hear things at almost any distance. He can also ask the wind questions, and find out things that neither he nor anyone else could normally know. Because of this, he has incredible knowledge of what is currently happening, wherever it happens.
Spells:
Wind Cut - can cause a blade-like effect in the air, that cuts his enemy. He can create this effect from anywhere - it doesn't have to come from him.
Wind Storm - His enemys are caught in heavy wind, hindering their movement.
Wind Hand - a weak telekinesis spell based on wind.
One Thousand Cuts - causes a lot of wind cuts at once, all from different directions.
Tornado - calls a tornado that whirls his enemys in the air, holds them for a while, then slams them to the ground.
Blue Wind - an ice attack, that blows many ice shards at the enemy, along with very low temperature
Yellow wind - many small bolts of lightning flash through the air.
White wind - an area healing spell. The only people he has ever healed with it was someone he accidently hurt. And himself.
Implosion - Collapses a lot of air on one spot, causing a lot of pressure.
Ultimate: Wind God summon - he can summon the god of the winds, who can generally use all of his attacks at a way higher lvl, and also his some of his own. The Wind God looks like a human, except that he is 15ft tall and only a shimmering shape in the air. Sull d'Har Chiom has no idea he has this power, and can only use it when he's angry... which is not very likely to happen. Ever.
Weakness:
Sull d'Har Chiom doesn't have any willpower at all, and once he is hit, he usually just runs away. He was no wish to fight, whatsoever. He will never start a fight and tries to avoid talking to anyone.
Only his wind magicks are powerful - against someone immune to wind, he can only resort to weak magicks and the rather weak "wind fist".
In his normal shape, pretty much any good physical attack will kill him at once. When in wind shape, he is immune to most everything, although some magicks (fire, ice, lightning, some forbidden) can still hurt him.
Personality:
OLD: Chiom tends to cry alot, and is psychologically weak. Although he doesn't react to insults or similar things, his personality is probably the strongest opponent he can have. He doesn't know what he wants, and thus, has no motivation to do anything.
Changes: Chiom's anger at the world's faults has become a driving force. His personality remains unstable, though, and changes as quickly. His changible element, wind, defines his personality...
