As written by my comrade.
I. One on one
A. Scenery is decided by thread starter. Can be anything that is desired.
B. Audience should only be NPC's, if there is one.
C. Controlling is minimal.
1. Success rate WILL NOT be controlled by the individual
2. Only non-hostile actions (e.g. Handshakes, other prelims) can be controlled
D. Referees are not required, but can be tracked upon request.
1. In case of a ref, the style will be decided, as well as controlling.
E. Turn based actions
F. Fighters Arcade
II. Handicapped
A. More than one opponent, fighting a single enemy
B. Level of controlling is a bit less for the multiple enemies than for the single fighter. Referee is no matter for controlling.
C. Fighting conditions very slightly.
1. Scenery can be empty arena, barren wilderness, or small vilage.
2. A small crowd of about two or three people are allowed.
3. Fight can change into a team fight at any point in time, if a spectator jumps in.
D. Turn based fighting.
1. Single character can take as many turns as he has enemies ((ex: 2 enemies, 2 turns for single fighter, three enemies, three turns)), team characters take one action at a time.
III. Team Battles
A. Scenery should match team members ((e.g. Lot of people, big scene))
B. Members of one team should not exceed 4
C. One member of your team can take an action at a time.
1. Spells can effect this. Haste will let two members at a time, and so on.
2. Gravity, if cast, should slow down entire group's actions, allowing half a turn in stead of one full.
D. Status spells take one turn to build.
1. Dodging an attack doesn't slow charge time.
E. Only control team members' actions w/ that member's permission
F. Fighters Arcade
IV. Boss Battles
A. Scenery will match the area of the quest.
B. Will include all members of the quest.
C. Most rules will be decided by the quest starter.
D. Take place only in quests
E. Are usually controlled by Quest starter. (ADMIN or Mod)
V. Training
A. Can be done in controlled environments. I.e., Arenas, Dojos, etc.
B. Audiences should stay out of training, whether PC or NPC
